Lazarus buff is nice but the cons bring the class down. It is an injector that gives the bloodthirst buff which heals you every time you kill a scavenger, it also gives passive regeneration and fist lethality which just makes you deal more damage with your fists, it also makes your screen red and plays a soundtrack.
